Cottages on Stouts Creek Rooms & Rates

The Cottages on Stouts Creek, located 2 miles outside of Ironton, Missouri, are children friendly and pet friendly. Each cottage sleeps up to six people.

The creek running behind the cottages is a great place to splash in the water, or even do a little fishing. The swimming pool with a slide also provides great entertainment for your perfect family vacation in the Missouri Ozarks.

The great room is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player and ceiling fan. It also has a queen size Murphy bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. Open style dining area and kitchen are also features of this vacation spot.

The kitchen area is equipped with fridge, oven and range, microwave, coffeemaker, along with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Everything you need to make yourselves at home.

The bedroom features a queen size bed and dresser, TV, ceiling fan and lamps for reading. The Jack and Jill bathroom can be entered from the master bedroom or the hallway and includes a combination shower and tub. 

The utility area has a washer and dryer available for your use. Towels and linens are provided.

The back door from the great room leads out onto a large patio where there is a table and chairs and a barbecue pit. You could spend hours relaxing on the patio watching Stouts Creek go by. Birdwatchers have seen a variety of species including the Great Blue Heron, a pair of Green Herons and Kingfishers, just to name a few. Seasonally, the Bald Eagle takes a sip from the creek as well. Mother doe and her two fawns sometimes romp in the area or go to the creek for a drink.  

This perfect pet friendly family vacation spot located in the Southeast Missouri Ozark area is just an hour and a half from St. Louis, Missouri. Cottages are available by the night, by the week or by the month.

Cottage at the Low Water Bridge

The Cottage at the Low Water Bridge sits on our 250 acre working cattle farm. The cottage is child friendly, pet friendly and horse friendly!   Our horse stables conduct trail rides and provide horse boarding long or short term.  All guests are welcome to fish in the creek, hike the equestrian trail & swim at the pool by the other cottage just a short walk across the low water bridge.

This lovely cottage has 2 bedroom & 2 baths.  The master bed room has a queen size bed & a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The living room has a fireplace, queen size sleeper couch, entertainment center with flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite TV. The fully equiped kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave, dish washer, garbage disposal, all utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware.  There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.  Outside, enjoy the large deck overlooking Stouts Creek, the spacious patio and charcoal grill for those delicious cook-outs!
